Young Brian Scott sees orange ball of light on 16th birthday in Garden Grove, CA. In a trance, he tattoos spider on his right arm and, though frightened, drops out of school knowing he has a special role to play in life.
The FIRST contact takes place in the Arizona desert north of Phoenix. Giants with long-ears give medical exam. Brian agrees to accept a “quantum evolution to mind level ten.” Shortly after the contact, he is jailed in Utah for stealing food from a store. All he remembers of contact is that he saw a light, and lost two hours of time.
Brian meets Mary Beth and they marry in northern California. Brian works selling signs to stores. In a big storm, his small fishing boat is swamped in San Francisco harbor. Newspaper articles about the rescue lead to his arrest for not delivering signs as promised. He goes to county jail for 90 days. When he gets out, he works as a punch press operator in Orange County and goes to night school in pipeline drafting.
Brian and a cousin are abducted by little, dome-headed gray aliens. He didn't like them. They wanted to know what he had been told about them by the first group. They said the ‘plan would fail.’ Brian didn’t know what they were talking about. “Tell us all that you know….”
Brian graduates from tech school with straight A's, the top of the class, one of the top ten—ever. He is amazed. He was flunking high school. He wins two awards from the state for drafting designs, starts first job as mechanical draftsman, and gets rapidly promoted.
Blackouts begin at work after seeing flashing lights in his mind. The lights repeat 22 times. In addition, at night, Brian has repeating dreams of the first contact. He becomes worried, agitated.
First automatic writings begin: NOUS LAOS HIKANO is the first. Brian calls UFO researchers for help due to "black-outs" and auto writings. He wants them stopped.
A medical doctor and professor at Anaheim Hospital conduct hypnosis. Sessions become very dramatic and are videotaped. A strong, authoritative voice comes from Brian. The Host requests physical transportation to South America. Investigators request proof that is provided by The Host in the form of signs in the sky, and knowledge. They refuse to comply.
The Host appears in Brian’s garage. “Why has man not complied?” He shows Brian the “fate of mankind” – an underground nuclear waste explosion in the URAL MOUNTAINS of Russia. The Host says the factor of time in this will “mark the mind” of all mankind. When investigators find no newspaper articles about the explosion, they begin to believe Brian is a hoaxer. Later, in November of 1976, a Russian scientist reveals truth of the explosion in a British science magazine. He is attacked by the CIA as a fraud, but publishes a book in 1979 that shows purposeful suppression of the 1959 event -- for nearly two decades.
First ball of light, a bright orange orb, appears in backyard of home, a sign for Brian and his wife. His wife is terrified, but Brian is relieved someone else has seen the light.
Various people witness the ball of light. Vance Dewey, an electrical engineer at the Naval Electronics Laboratory, arrives to measure and monitor ball of light. Equipment placed into home.
Brian abducted by giants with long-ears, and taken to Nazca Plain for a healing on the Spider carving—a point previously named A22. Brian returns after 27 hours. Police reports document "missing person.”
Brian abducted by Secondary World. They question him, "What do you know about the Children...."They attempt to remove implant with cold green light and provide THEIR form of quantum evolution.
Brian’s face droops. He is hospitalized for Bell's palsy. Exams are conducted: psychiatric and neurological plus CAT SCAN. No physical or psychiatric disorders are found. Brian released.
Dark time. UCLA investigators get involved to force trance channeling and get psychic predictions. Demonic possessions follow frightening investigators. The battle of good and evil begins in the house. The lights are “sensors,” the Host says. Brian, wife and others see red lights and orange lights from both groups, in an apparent battle. The Host, aliens and Voltar all materialize in the home at various times. Wife and both children hospitalized after contact with ball of light. The first newspaper story appears when a hospital doctor allows exorcists to come for wife. Brian begins to believe he has taken a wrong path.
Brian calls out for help to UFO investigators and to religious groups. He watches as people parade through his home, like a circus--including scientists, psychics, doctors, police, researchers and news reporters. They argue philosophy with each other, but no one has answers for Brian. His wife is placed into a regional psychiatric hospital, while one child remains in a local hospital. Brian feels alone, and reaches out for help. Priests and preachers attempt two exorcisms in the home.
Finally, Brian puts the dark-side behind him. He starts to get answers by asking himself questions, while in a trance using a tape recorder. He hears a first tape recording of himself in trance and laughs. Brian still does not believe it is really him. Doctors and in-laws blame Brian for causing the problems and insist that Brian leave the house so wife and children can return home from a psychiatric hospital. Brian must leave or turn children over to state social services.
Living in his own apartment, Brian is asked by the Host to go to the desert for a final contact. Brian tries to tape record as two hulks take him by surprise. A high-pitched voice is recorded on a tape recorder dropped behind in the sand. On the craft, the Host explains everything. Brian is being tested, and trained. He must learn to know the “heart and mind of all mankind.” He is told to go forward, that he will meet new people and that he might succeed. If he fails, the Secondary World aliens, to make way for a new form of man, will eliminate mankind. The Host cries for mankind.
Brian meets Jim Frazier and Debra, a young Christian woman who is excited about the conflict between the two groups. She wants to know more. She is not afraid of demons.
A UFO investigator urges Brian to take the story "to the People" since UFO investigators and top experts can’t help, like Dr. Hynek and Jacques Vallee. Brian speaks publicly at the Garden Grove Civic Center. People offer to help. That same day, Jim Frazier asks for a sign.
Brian finds a writing that gives a LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE, and says -- "A Ball of Fire comes in the sky, for all mankind to see. A thousand particles of this of I. Seek this in knowledge of I.” Twenty-two hours later the Ball of Fire soars over San Francisco sparkling. Bright particles shoot off from the green head that is followed by a long orange tail.
Brian and Jim go to the latitude and longitude given in advance and find everyone excited by the "ball of fire." They say "the night become like day." It was like the "sun came down to the earth.” With horse wranglers, Brian and Jim try to find the meteorite. Above 8,000 feet, on a mountaintop, the first test of Mind level ten is given. Electronic signals in the air can be heard by everyone--even the cowboy wranglers. The signals go through Brian's mind and brain. At an ancient rock carving, the final test is given. Both Brian and Jim experience the signal. The Host says, "Thank You.”
After the successful test, Brian's memory is restored of the first contact, and all contacts. He writes the story of the first contact. The giants with long-ears are really a beautiful people with blond and red hair who wear a “Cloak of Sorrow.” Their leader, red-haired, boyish Voltar, appears inside a stone amphitheater in the mountains and gives Brian a WHITE ROCK. Paranormal events begin with water drops that fall on Brian. Then Brian meets a man described in his writings as “the one who would know.” Mr. Helios understands the math and science in Brian’s 100 pages of writings and drawings.
As water drops continue falling on Brian, sending him into dazes, and trances, strange beeps are received on tape. They are to be patterned in a certain order and sent to a probe in orbit near the moon. Information on the probe, a target in space, and a code are sent to a Scottish Astronomer, Duncan Lunan.
The rock is dematerialized by Brian on his 33rd birthday. Brian is able to displace the rock, at will, with his mind. He begins bending spoons, and playing games with his new found powers, but soon gets into trouble. He makes an ethical mistake, upsets his girlfriend, and the evening of his 33rd birthday turns disastrous when he throws the rock away. It shatters. The next day, he ends up in a church. He is forgiven and asked to proceed.
New Scientist magazine in Britain publishes article by a Soviet geneticist that refers to the underground nuclear waste explosion in the Ural Mountains. Within days, the scientist is interviewed by newspapers and TV stations from around the world. The American CIA and British intelligence agencies begin a plan to discredit the scientist and attack the reports as fraudulent, and not important.
Duncan Lunan, after a month of checking Brian out through Scotland Yard, British Intelligence and the FBI, agrees to transmit the signals to the target in space.
Brian receives a mark in the palm of his right hand: big black numbers -- 020 020 020. It is supposedly an access code to the probe in orbit near the moon.
Brian and Jim leave for South America.
Lunan again transmits to the probe and the transformation takes place at Tiahuanaco, home to the god of the Inca--Ticci Viracocha. Brian stands in the Portal to Life and places his hands on the stone. Energy from the probe is transmitted to the Temple and enacts the transformation, a descent of the "radiant energy" of Voltar with an "ascent" of the radiant energy" of Brian.
Christmas Day, Brian--united as one with Voltar and Viracocha--starts a riot in the royal plaza of the Incan. More than 400 Incan's celebrate his message to them: "Viracocha will return." A Spanish official breaks up the gathering as Voltar is helped by Incans to escape.
BRIAN and VOLTAR are united as one with VOLTAR in dominance for a month. Then BRIAN'S personality returns to dominance so he can go to work and pay the bills. VOLTAR is available at night and on weekends. They change places effortlessly. BRIAN challenges other UFO contactees to give up their fantasies, unite and create the New World.
Wealthy investors help fund a trip to South America and film documentary. Phase 2 of the transformation takes place in the same temple in South America as Jim films. Brian is taken to Mind Level 8, and when United as One with Voltar, he has spiritual powers, as well as knowledge given during the first phase. He can simply touch someone, and cause him or her to receive all that they need to "fulfill their destiny."
Voltar provides a fossil to one man, an Incan descendant, as proof that life started in the Western Hemisphere just like the Eastern Hemisphere. Betrayals begin
Brian, Jim and Voltar are stranded without resources in South America. They must use street smarts to complete filming at NAZCA and at TORO MEURTO, both sites requested by The Host. Finally, with no money left, they get to the airport and fly back to LA. More betrayals unfold in Los Angeles. Brian/Voltar is betrayed three times. The agreement to provide a "home" for Voltar and place for him to work for one year falls apart back in Los Angeles. In anger Brian's personality returns to full dominance. He takes control to protect VOLTAR who is "too vulnerable" for our world.
For one year, Brian and Jim both recover emotionally, and financially from the betrayals.
Russian scientist publishes book in the US: Nuclear Disaster in the Urals. The subject: Radioactive waste disposal explosion in Russia in 1959. He proves suppression by the CIA of all knowledge about the disaster so that anti-nuclear power protesters will not have ammunition for their arguments. Book focuses on DNA research on plants and animals impacted by the radiation. A later 1993 report confirms that 8000 people died and more than 28,000 were radiated.
Brian, as Voltar, teaches two seminars to people in Southern California: TEACHINGS OF SPACE and THE PLAY OF LIFE. The NORX1-11, a Neural-Optical-Responder, is built after the first seminar and the WHITE HOUSE project develops from the second. Brian's Christian girlfriend refuses to help build the NOR for religious reasons. She does not want any form of technology to be used to "uplift" man, and the number in his right palm frightens her. Brian and Debra dissolve their relationship.
MARLA PARK comes to the first session and is selected to have an experience for the entire class. After seeing a rock glow, and hearing a voice, she agrees to help Brian complete the NORX1-11. Then she helps him take the Voice of Common Man to the White House.
The Voice of Common Man is gathered in the streets of Orange County on videotape. Many newspaper articles document the project.
President Jimmy Carter acknowledges Brian, Jim Frazier and Marla Park at the White House. Documents related to the story are placed into the National Archives and stored in Carter’s Presidential Library.
The Brian Scott Story is declared over. Voltar's people say goodbye, and indicate Brian is a success -- the first success in nearly 500 years. Viracocha and Quetzalcoatl are similar.Brian is to continue as a common man—transformed. Voltar promises that “the children” will return December 24th, 2011 to five sites on the earth. There the “touch” will be given. “Seek not of I, but the reality of your own being,” says Voltar.
Brian and Marla donate the NORX1-11 to an Easter Seal Society site -- The Center for Rehabilitation in Orange County. After a year, the NOR is transferred to the California State University psychobiology department at Fullerton. Twelve years of research are completed using the NOR, and many studies are published in scholarly journals on emotion and music.
Brian's career escalates, and he works two decades in the aerospace, military and biomedical industries as a design-engineering draftsman for major companies. He is united as one with Voltar, and Brian is "in charge of the switch." He is the dominant personality, but can receive guidance, wisdom and ideas on new technology from Voltar at any time. He provides design changes and adaptations to various projects for companies in aerospace, aeronautics, and biomedicine.
The gray aliens who interacted with Brian have supposedly been restrained due to Brian's success. Their plans and projects with man were revised. Starting in 1980 our government, plus many young men and women were "inspired" by Voltar’s people--and by the grays jointly--to bring new technologies into our world that will create freedom for the "common man."
The original plan to replace man’s form may be fully stopped, or not. That depends on how well the transformation process unfolds with other people from 1980 – 2011. Voltar and his people still want the Pyramid to be rebuilt at Tiahuanaco, prior to 2011 A.D, and a new technology created based on the NOR prototypes. Brian needs to do no more except grow in wisdom, and write the history of Voltar’s people – God’s Other Children. The rest is up to man.
