Transformation of A Common Man – The Brian Scott Story

The Brian Scott Story was documented on a daily basis for over four years, from 1976-1980. Brian started out as a UFO contactee under investigation by several UFO groups. However, paranormal events frightened early investigators. During hypnosis, a Presence began to speak through Brian with a bold, authoritative voice. The Host requested that Brian go to certain spots in South America on specific dates to receive knowledge. Early investigators demanded proof, and refused the requests. This began a long process of chaos and confusion for Brian. Eventually, I met Brian and suggested we simply answer the requests and see what happens. I asked for a sign and received a “Ball of Fire in the Sky for All Mankind to see.” This sparkling meteorite soared over San Francisco on August 23rd, 1976, and impacted at a latitude and longitude given 22 hours in advance. This sign in the sky started the process of transformation which was described as the “Days of 20” or “The Play of Life.”
This process ran on a twenty-four day cycle, and continued from 1976 to 1980, when the paranormal events ended. Brian’s transformation was declared a success in March of 1980.
Brian completed two gifts that portray the moral and a message of “The Play of Life”: The Neural-Optical-Responder, placed in a major university lab, and the Voice of Common Man, presented to the White House on February 7th 1980. The gifts illustrate that Brian succeeded in a process of transformation described as a “sudden evolution.” The actual request made to Brian was to accept a “quantum evolution to mind level 10.” Supposedly, he found a way to survive and achieve the goal, and he was just a common man. One warning in the story is that the “thinking person” can also succeed, but perhaps with greater difficulty. As paranormal powers are developed, the “thinking person” may be tempted to betray his own heart, and the common man of his nation. The “thinking person” may be more likely to self-destruct, or to destroy others. Just why and how is shown in the book.
Another lesson in the book is that new technology and new wisdom of this age should be used for one political purpose: to create freedom for the Common Man. Some of these freedoms are hard to imagine today. Brian carried the “Voice of Common” to the President of the United States in 1980 to make this point. In the future, if Brian’s story is fulfilled, Quantum Displacement Physics will create much freedom, especially with the ability to transport matter through time and space by mind at level 4. The vision given to Brian was that people, objects and resources could be transported, at will, anywhere around the planet and eventually—throughout the solar system. Quantum Displacement Physics would, perhaps, allow each person to meet a lot of people, and encounter many foreign cultures in a short amount of time, for little expense. If so, then politics, diplomacy and peace-making would play an important role.
The story shows how Brian—a Common Man--reached a higher level of mind, and did not SELF-DESTRUCT, or destroy others or hurt others. He succeeded, so can many other common people and thinking people with the wisdom given through his story—The Play of Life. The warning of the story is that some may self-destruct or seek to destroy others with their powers. Anyone on a similar journey, who is not surrounded by understanding friends and family, may self-destruct or destroy others. As a society, we must learn to support and help these people, sometimes called Star Seeds or Star Kids. We must develop ways to absorb their gifts, and yet protect ourselves from their mistakes as they grow, too, in wisdom.

Understanding the process of transformation, incarnation, or unity of multiple-personalities may be a next step in the quantum evolution of all mankind. That step is a likely key to paranormal powers, and to conquering the dark side of mankind. Apparently, the transformed mind somehow impacts DNA of the individual, and the uplifted consciousness can be passed on to progeny. However, this process apparently can be enhanced and controlled by manipulating the magnetic fields within the person, and around the person. The magnetic field of the earth at the person’s location can be manipulated to help them. The process of education will be long. Training children with patterns of light and sound will supposedly enhance their brain’s ability to work with paranormal powers, subtle magnetic fields, and accelerated learning.
The problem now is that man’s progeny do NOT seem to maintain the transformation, an uplifted mind, without some directed assistance. So, even though one man is uplifted, the higher consciousness isn’t maintained for more than a few generations. The political warning is that a highly evolved nation must always be on guard, because less evolved militaristic nations can conquer a more highly evolved civilization, and place them into slavery. That is the lesson of history from God’s Other Children. The Gray aliens supposedly placed Voltar’s people into slavery at one time. Brian Scott was given information so he could write about the conflict between the two groups.
With the knowledge of their history, and the gifts from Brian, God’s Other Children want us to survive as a nation for 1,000 years—a millennium—and remain strong. Brian’s story, the gifts, and this knowledge are supposedly preparations for a MILLENNIUM of peace.
For true peace, each person must learn to conquer the dark side with freedom of choice and freedom of religion. “To each his own mind,” Brian was told. The uplifting to a higher level of mind can be given with a touch, or with the NOR, or by activation of zones on the earth. That is the easy part.
The challenge for each man or woman is to not go down the wrong path, to not select the wrong identity, especially an identity that leads to destruction of self or others. The challenge is to maintain the uplifting, and to create a world in which the "higher you," the more vulnerable being, can survive and prosper, and reproduce. That can only be done, step-by-step, in agreement with others who share a similar goal and purpose. Without trust, honesty, and solid agreements – all will fail. Some failures may become destructive or self-destructive.
To that end, each must learn to survive even within a hostile environment. Each must learn to protect his "higher self," keep his word to others, associate primarily with those whom you trust, take action to fulfill your God-given destiny, and help each other to build their own "first step," because the first step is the hardest.
One lesson taught in the Play of Life is that few people can build their own "first step." People can unfold and expand easily from mind level two to mind level ten, but getting to mind level two is the big challenge for us all.
Brian's story, The Play of Life, and the two projects are gifts, given as a "first step" for mankind. Together these offerings will supposedly help “all mankind” step-up to Mind Level Two, through free-will, individual choice and full understanding. To this generation living today, all is to be revealed and the journey will supposedly begin with the….
