NOR Technology.
Brian's Neural-Optical-Responder technology began with
an understanding of the Cuzco sundial. The city is laid out in the shape of a
jaguar, and the sundial is the eye of the jaguar. Local experts say this site
was considered the soul of the jaguar, and of the city. Brian labeled this site
a "Navigational Time-Clock" with a variety of purposes. His original design for
a giant NOR is based on this site.
Important factors are three rings, surrounded by water. Torches held by dancers generated light at night. Water reflected the colors. Flute and drum music created a hypnotic pattern. Lights rotated on the rings in a certain way as the music played. The magnetic field of the earth at this point was supposedly activated by some means to allow man's consciousness to be uplifted, rapidly--suddenly. The result is 'quantum' or sudden transformation.
This Cuzco site is called the "Temple of the Illuminated Mind" by Incas. This is just the beginning of understanding the NOR Technology.

The NOR x1-11
In 1980, Brian completed a prototype, the NOR x1-11, and it was used for 12 years in a university lab, and one year in an Easter Seal treatment Center with deaf and aphasic children. Many reports were published in scholarly journals, although the full capabilities and concepts of the NOR were not explored.
Brian now has the original NORx1-11, and it has been refurbished. He is willing to design and help build the next 22 levels of prototype so that man can fully understand and utilize the technology. One version is a Biological Monitoring Belt to be worn by individuals. Each prototype plays a role in developing a full Quantum Displacement System, worldwide.
A final version would be based on the Cuzco site--a three ringed complex with rotating rings of colored light. Located at key places around the planet, the sites would allow man to transport (displace) people, objects and energy around the world, instantaneously. ..
