PROPOSAL
CONCEPT: The Mysteries of Man, a 44 minute pilot for a cable TV series that investigates the Mysteries of Man around the world and Journeys of the Contactees including projects started by alleged UFO contactees. Based on the writings and investigations of James E. Frazier, a former newspaper reporter, editor and author of TRANSFORMATION of a COMMON MAN – The Brian Scott Story –The LastUFO.
THEME: The Red Haired Giants of South America. At a time long ago, did giants live on the Earth with man? Evidence indicates that a tall red-haired people lived in Peru, Bolivia and the Easter Islands. They apparently shared a mysterious history with man of the land, and the short, dome-headed beings we call aliens. Their images are carved in stone in South America, in Peru and Bolivia. Who were the long-eared giants of legends? What was their relationship with the gray aliens in the area? Were the common people of the land transformed into the pre-Incan empire of Tiahaunaco, and eventually the Royal Inca. The legends of the land, the large stones and statues that remain today comprise one of the greatest MYSTERIES OF MAN.
Using archaeology and anthropological evidence, the research of Thor Heyerdahl, and other experts, rock carvings, mummies, skulls, legends and some perspectives from Brian Scott, a UFO contactee who claims to have been educated by the giants, we look at the time period 110 B.C. in the region around a lake shaped like a jaguar – Lake Titicaca in Bolivia and Peru.
Experts in the post-contact syndrome like Dr. Richard Boylan. Dr. Sprinkle and Barbara Lamb describe the psychological process contactees experience in the post-contact phase – a rapid growth, and type of human transformation. Their observations of contacees support the pattern that Scott takes to understand the ancient history of man, and to build technology for the future based on models from the past.
PRODUCTION: Footage of key sites has been photographed on 16mm film. Five hours of scenes related to the theme are available now for conversion to video and editing. Also about 10 hours of interviews have been conducted with Brian Scott on high quality Digital Beta Cam. Other interviews include experts like Dr. Boylan, Barbara Lamm, and Dr. Sprinkle. Completed interviews also include three key ladies in the Brian Scott Story, a radio astronomer, and experts in Peru on key sites related to the theme. So MOST of the proposed show has been photographed. Editing is the main task needed to complete the pilot, plus a few re-enactments need to be photographed, with a few artworks and animations created.
Frazier would do the production and post-production in Colorado at cost, and provide a master suitable for broadcast television. A local, award winning composer would provide music. Producers David Priest and Brenda Rundback at GRIZZLY ADAMS TV will brainstorm on the process and may serve as consultants. The recently produced 52 episodes of ENCOUNTERS WITH THE UNEXPLAINED for PAX TV.
COSTS: Costs are variable based on the Production Values provided in the re-enactments, any sets and costumes obtained. Converting the existing film to digital video will cost about $4,000.00. The entire show could be completed for $30,000 - $60,000.. The existing work and interviews could be valued at around $60,000. So, with $60,000 invested, we would have a $120,000 show which would be Premium Quality in style and substance.
RIGHTS and INCOME: James E. Frazier owns all rights to the story and existing footage, and he has created an LLC for funding TV and movie projects. He will split ownership and all income 55%-45% with investors who provide the funding.
Until the investors are repaid in full, each will receive 70% of all income in proportion to their investment. When repaid, each will participate in 45% of profits based on the percentage of the budget they provide.
ADDENDUM
Rough outline:
Framing the story are interviews with experts in the Post-Contact Syndrome, like Dr. Boylan, Dr. Sprinkle and Barbara Lamb, who describe what happens to UFO contactees in the decades after contact. Many contactees experience rapid psychological growth. They often begin huge journeys and projects in a path towards transformation. In short, they become “driven” to reveal proof of the knowledge given to them, and to contribute to the future of mankind.
This show looks at the projects of Brian Scott, during his journey of “sudden evolution” or transformation: two trips to South America, building of the NOR (a neural optical responder) for psychological research; and a trip to the White House where Scott is commended by President Carter, and key documents are placed into the National Archives.
However, the emphasis is on documenting the knowledge given to Scott, and carved into stone in South America about a time when the Grays and the Giants with Red Hair worked together to transform the Common Man of the Land at Nazca, Toro Muerto, Lake Titicaca and Tiahuanaco.
TIAHUANACO, MACHA PICCHU and the EASTER ISLANDS.
Before going to Lake Titicaca, highest navigatable lake in the world, we start along the coast, 600miles to the west, where we find a mysterious rock carving. On a huge flat rock is the apparent design for the temple of Tiahuanaco, showing the true location for the mysterious GATE OF THE SUN.
At Toro Meurto we look at the relationship between the GIANTS, the common people of the land, and the GRAYS as shown on rock carvings at this mysterious geological site covered with more than 15,000 rock carvings. Toro Meurto -- is this where the Giants trained the common man? Why is the design for the Temple of Tiahuanaco found here, carved into a big flat rock, which looks like a drafting table.
We find the images of people Brian Scott claims to have met on the craft, all carved into stone. Brian was told that the people were trained first at Toro Muerto, then half of them moved to Nazca, and the other half to Lake Titicaca and the Islands in the Lake: Copacobana, and the Island of the Sun..
At Nazca, these same people sculpted lines pointing to the horizon, and to rising and setting points of important stars and planets. Each symbol has meaning, especially the spider for Brian Scott. He was brought to the spider in 1976.
On the Islands in Lake Titicaca the common people, working with Giants and the Grays built temples, and the mysterious, INCAN SUN DISK, which has never been found. Scott maintains that the hidden golden disk is still playing an active role in the region, and in the hopes of the native people.
At Tiahuanaco, the group from Nazca, and the group from the Islands joined together to build an underground city with tunnels and roads reaching out in all directions like a spider web. On the surface they erected a giant temple, and homes for nearly one million people. Scott says the site was a laboratory for genetic and biological research. Archaeologists know that Tiahuanaco was a temple city, the home to the god, Ticci Viracocha..
At Tiahuanaco, through the massive Portal to Life, walked the results of many experiments, in a sunrise ritual of human transformation -- at least those that survived the process. Many more less fortunate experiments brought results best buried in the graves and vaults at the west end of the Temple.
But those that survive, walked through the GATE OF THE SUN on the path to the PORTAL to LIFE and the challenges of a new world, as new men and women. But, the entire site is devoted to the Common Man. In the subterranean courtyard, surrounded by faces of transformed men and cross species mixes, we see the Common Man with two children. Yes, the center of the transformational process was the COMMON MAN.
Inside the temple today, we see the GIANT long-eared creatures Brain Scott claims to have met on board the craft. They were boyish, but agile, despite weighing at over 300 pounds. The statue at Tiahuanaco illustrates the role of the giants. In the hands are a common man and woman. The woman is inverted, upside down to illustrate that an “inverted logic” was used with women, and that their neurological polarities are reversed to men of the human species.
There is much to be told about the GATE OF THE SUN, it’s proper location, the original design of the temple, and how the huge site appeared when covered in GOLD. The religious rites and calendars of the Inca provide some hints for understanding the story revealed to Brian Scott. The focus of his education was the ninth descent in 110 B.C. when the grays and the giants worked together to transform the brains and minds of the common people.
Years later, descendants from the experiments at Tiahuanacao, built a golden city in the high mountains of northern Peru, the center of the Incan Kingdom – Cuzco.
Even farther norther, at Machu Picchu, they built a retreat where giants and short grays dwelled together with the common people of the land. This is a place where the practice of solar astronomy reigned. Here the people were “anchored to the sun.”
Legends say, the huge walls, and fortresses, the gigantic stones in Peru were all put into place “before the flood” by giants who lived before the Inca. That would go back even father in time to a previous descent in the region.
We look at the legends and the evidence for giants before the flood, and at interactions between giants and the gray aliens around 110 B.C.
Machu Picchu. Was Machu Picchu "built by giants for the little people so the two could live together, or was it built by the shorter people so the Giants would live with them?"
Thor Heyerdal's anthropological research in his 800 page book American Indians of the Pacific, published by the University of Chicago, gathers much archaeological evidence for a giant red-haired people living at Tiahuanaco, at Cuzco and Machu Picchu. In fact, his book KON TIKKI tracks the red-haired giants to the Easter Islands from the coast of Peru. Was he wrong, or right?
Biblical connection.
According to Genesis 6. Nephilium are giants that were around before the Flood when the Sons of God were fornicating with women of the earth. Genesis makes the point that the giants were also around AFTERWARDS. The giants were not the fallen, immoral Sons of God. They were known as men of old, men of renown, heroes.
God was upset about the Sons of God mating with the women of earth and wiped away the world with a giant Flood. The Sons of God may have been the grays. They were NOT men, but beings of heaven who found the earth women to be beautiful.
According to legends in South America, some grays survived the flood in tunnels under the earth....especially from ECUADOR to PERU....and still are there today.
One haunting skeleton tells the story: BIG EYES....wide, domed head. Indicating high intelligence but living in darkness, underground away from the sun.
THEME statement.
At a time when Giants lived on the Earth with man. The red-haired Giants of Peru, Bolivia and the Easter Islands, shared a history with man of the land, and the short, dome-headed beings we call aliens.
These characters are all carved on stones in South America…in Peru: The long-eared giants, the common man, the gray aliens…and the common people that they transformed. Why? Where these training grounds? Were these sites for human transformation?
The giants “created men” from stone, say the legends at Tiahuanaco, an ancient temple where giants supposedly worked with grays to create new forms of man using techniques like cloning, cross-mating, the mixing of races and species. The stone images of Tiahuanaco tell the story, once their meaning is revealed.

The result was the massive Empire of Tiahuanaco based near Lake Titicaca in 110 BC, and their descendants, a thousand years later, who formed a City of Jaguar Fathers at Cuzco, Peru – they were the fabulous Royal Inca.
SUMMARY:
This theme of history and conflict between the Giants and the Grays in South America is at the core of the Brian Scott Story, and my book; TRANSFORMATION of a COMMON MAN. The conflict was resolved in 1980 when the Grays, supposedly, were required to restrain their plans, and unethical activities with man. They were forced to withdraw from many areas of their biological experiments with man, and from zones on the earth which they had controlled.
That part is all speculation, but you must agree that in 1980, America experienced a NEW BEGINNING….and since then new technologies have been sweeping the world creating more FREEDOM for the common people.
I have the full story on film, plus why we were acknowledged by President Jimmy Carter for bringing him “THE VOICE OF COMMON MAN. That project received national press coverage coast to coast.
But, everything began in Peru and Bolivia.
At the temple of Tiahuanaco, in Cuzco, at Machu Picchu, at Nazca, and even at Toro Meurto, I photographed evidence to support the concept that the GIANTS worked together with the Grays to transform the Common Man of the Land. So, all the film footage, slides and sound tracks, are about this theme. Plus, I also have all the original video footage from the White House Project which led to the commendation by President Carter.
The point is, the process is unfolding again, on a political-cultural-religious level in America and around the world. People need to understand this process of transformation, and the “knowledge man needs is of the Past.”
This is all detailed out in my book, written as a “New Framework for understanding the UFO contact experience…and the history of mankind.”
Transformation proceeds from the individual to the state to the world in a repeating but parallel pattern. We are observing those events today as we “Look to the East….” Headlines daily show the conflicts with ancient patterns.
“These are the Days of Truth…”.and during these days all secrets will be revealed to man.”

With music, and the beautiful images that tell the story, plus compelling interviews, a few re-enactments and graphics, this show will draw out the audiences, and return income to investors.
